SWICH – The Six Week Innovation Challenge
SWICH (Six Week Innovation Challenge) solves the problem of a lack of resources for continuous innovation in corporations. A team of 5-7 people work one day per week on their innovative idea for six weeks, and if they prove the idea is realistic and desirable, they continue development for another six weeks. If not, they move back to their regular tasks. The SWICH blends Agile sprint, Lean Startup and Value Proposition Design to decrease innovation time to market and minimize waste of resources on bad ideas. The SWICH offers relentless focus on proving the potential value of an idea, sustained capacity for development, and true management commitment for innovation.
