Innovation Test with the Innovator Scorecard Assessment - Innovation

The Innovator Scorecard is a useful self-assessment and a first step for fostering a culture of innovation in your company or leading innovation teams. The assessment is about 20 questions in length and takes only three minutes to complete, measuring six dimensions: strategy, systems, talent, skills, support, and feedback. The results provide suggestions and videos to improve innovation behaviors, such as aligning senior teams on innovation priorities, making resources easily available, assembling diverse teams, embedding problem-solving skills, nurturing a culture of action, and helping teams progress and adapt.
