What a true Innovation Culture looks like, and Why you need it!
Innovation is no longer limited to start-ups, as rapid change is now the norm. It's no longer enough to develop new products; true innovation is systemic and creates value for the organization and customers. Yet, 93% of CEOs say their long-term success relies on innovation, but only 18% feel their investments in innovation are paying off. The bigger problem is not creating a culture of innovation organization-wide. Companies need to prioritize and reward collaboration, communicate the big picture, embrace risk and failure, and invest in learning. Companies that foster a true innovation culture allow for creative, even unorthodox, thinking from their people, which encourages innovation to flow through the organization.
