Strategic Thinking Exercise - New Product Idea Basics and Extremes in 30 Minutes
Brainzooming uses a poster with eight questions to help executives target and expand their thinking in 30 minutes. Beginning with the basics of new product development, the exercise moves into extreme creativity questions, encouraging groups to think dramatically and come up with bolder ideas. Spending 3 to 4 minutes on each prompt, groups are able to explore and describe new product ideas quickly and efficiently.
