Charisma is Important for a Leader, But There are Other Qualities to Consider

A good leader needs to possess charisma to influence others to follow their words and ideas, but it's not the only thing. A strong leader listens to others and values their input, delegates responsibility to individuals who are competent in certain areas, surrounds themselves with intelligent people, and continues to learn and grow through training and development solutions. Most importantly, a leader understands the bigger picture and makes decisions that may not be popular but necessary to achieve desired goals.
