An innovation manager is the person responsible for managing innovation in an organization. The innovation manager must also create and maintain a culture that is conducive to innovation and build the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools needed by the team to be successful in their tasks. They must also be focused on results, adaptable, have outstanding communication skills, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
