Walkabouts are needed for learning and testing ourselves
Innovation requires time and space for thoughtful analysis and deeper understanding. We often get caught up in the restless pursuit of gathering more, but it's important to take a step back and explore the open road. Innovation curators collect and distribute innovation, interpreting and reordering it to meet specific needs. They need to keep up a given rhythm, filtering and funneling this growing knowledge around innovation. Personal spaces are needed where we can draw in knowledge and interpret it in our way to meet our innovation goals.
