Theory of Change framework made easier

Social impact initiatives often have ambitious goals but lack clarity on how to achieve them. The model also helps with collaboration and evaluation of plans. Using the example of Roche's Movement Health 2030 initiative, the article demonstrates how the model helped identify missing middle steps and facilitated the development of a scalable governance structure.
