Utilizing Coaches for Leadership Development and Innovation
Successful people like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, and Barak Obama had coaches to challenge them to new heights. Coaches differ from consultants in that they don't tell you what to do, but rather help you find your own answers. Coaches can help identify areas of opportunity, set goals, brainstorm, challenge perspectives, hold accountable, and boost confidence. They are particularly useful for leaders who may not have someone to challenge their blind spots. A coach's goal is to level up their clients.
