As an organization, they are committing to articulating and carrying out guiding practices for diversity, which include challenging clients to invite diverse participants, offering talents to organizations working to overcome racism, reinforcing contrary viewpoints during conversations that cultivate racist ideas, supporting employees and partners in sharing resources that challenge racist thinking, walking away from business opportunities that overlook the importance of diversity, investing in organizational education, and empowering employees and partners to question situations that fall outside these practices.
