No HR, No Bureaucracy: Activating 100% Intrapreneurship
Intrapreneurship can be a challenging path, but it's one that is often taken by those with a predisposition for this type of thinking. Intrapreneurs are individuals that actively accept risks, and have a compulsion to innovate. Although it may seem like there isn't enough incentive to innovate, many are motivated by the potential to serve the common good. But, embedding entrepreneurial skills involves a culture shift that many companies struggle with. The key is to have an ecosystem that allows traditional employees and intrapreneurs to coexist in equilibrium and with respect for each other. This means having a balance of classic management styles and intrapreneurial passion, in order to sustain the purpose of the brand, give innovative people a platform and generate continuous and healthy cash flow. In order to shift culture to embrace intrapreneurship, businesses must consider a broad spectrum of intrapreneurship and strive for authenticity in leadership.
