What if innovation was the norm?
Innovation is typically seen as the exception rather than the norm in business. But what if we flipped that idea on its head? What if innovation was the standard and conformity was the exception? A business that prioritizes innovation would be constantly seeking to understand its customers' needs and creating new solutions to meet those needs. This would require a lot of experimentation and trend-spotting, as well as a culture firmly anchored in innovation principles. Rather than relying on long-term employees, an innovative firm would be continually seeking out new perspectives and skillsets to stay relevant. By embracing innovation as the norm, a business would be able to constantly renew itself and stay ahead of the competition.
