The failure of managing radical ideas within existing processes
The success of innovation is often hindered by incomplete communication, as demonstrated by a recent incident where the new and expanded team of a client misunderstood the value of new, compelling ideas. Although communication must be complete, people often interpret what they hear in different ways, leading to misunderstandings. In addition, people tend to rely on existing processes and methods to implement new ideas, which can result in watered-down versions of the original idea. New methods and processes are often required to fully realize new and exciting ideas.
