Leaders Should Listen More and Talk Less
Great leaders understand the importance of listening more than talking. Leaders who act without listening and understanding rarely achieve their desired outcomes. According to the Harvard Business Review, there are three levels of listening: internal listening, focused listening, and 360 listening. With 360 listening, a listener is not only taking in what someone is saying, but also how they are saying it and what they are not saying.
