While ROI conversations with leadership require a quantifiable return on investment, innovation programs do not need to prove ROI to the exact formula in their early stages, according to Spigit. Instead, innovation leaders should show an impact in other ways, such as demonstrating cross-silo collaboration, rapidly advancing ideas or incorporating diverse voices.
