How To Approach Bottom-Up Innovation
Innovation Cloud Enterprise is an online innovation management platform that allows for easy and efficient management of the entire innovation process from idea to realization. The platform offers guidance through four phases of the process - Discovery, Submission, Review, Scoring, and Approval. The first step is to gather the innovation community, both internal and external stakeholders. After that, anyone from the organization can submit an idea through the idea submission form, which can be customized to collect specific data for analysis. The idea then goes through the review phase, where a reviewer provides feedback, determining whether the idea should move forward to the scoring phase or back to the submission phase. In the scoring phase, the scorers evaluate the idea based on a predefined set of criteria, with the results shown in the Scoring tab. Finally, in the approval phase, the approver decides whether to put the idea on hold, reject it or approve it for further development. Innovation Cloud Enterprise also offers real-time reports on essential data, providing detailed insights into the ideation process.
