A Strategic Thinking Framework Is Better than an Answer

Innovation workshops often attract attendees who want case studies and answers that somebody else has used. However, Mike Brown of Brainzooming points out that providing a strategic thinking framework is more effective. Such frameworks allow attendees to quickly develop answers even in areas where they lack experience, providing them with flexibility to analyze the question and decide for themselves. Frameworks proved to be superior when an attendee asked about the need to maintain separate Facebook pages in different languages. Brown pointed to a strategic thinking framework that enabled the attendee to consider options and make the best decision for their brand.
