Which is the Innovator? Kroger or Amazon?
While Amazon tests its grocery pickup service and convenience store in Seattle, Kroger is expanding its grocery pickup service, ClickList, which already has 500 locations. Walmart is also part of the trend, with its own grocery pickup service that it launched over a year ago. As these companies continue to innovate, the addition of ready-to-eat meal offerings could make grocery pickup services even more appealing to customers.
