What is the relationship between talent, creativity, skill and performance?
People often think they lack creativity because they don't believe they have the same level of talent and skill as those they look up to. However, creativity and skill are not the same thing. Creativity refers to the ability to generate original and valuable ideas, while skill is the ability to execute them properly. Talent, on the other hand, is the innate ability to master something and is closely related to a person's passion for improvement. While some people are born with natural abilities, talent without practice and execution is meaningless. Skills and creativity can always be improved with time and effort, and it's especially important to note that everyone is creative in their own way.
