Transform European activities around innovation ecosystems

The EU needs to be bolder in its innovation agenda to keep up with global competition. In recent months, there have been considerable efforts to formulate new policies to support innovation through EU funding, but many of the EU initiatives have not delivered on the goals set. To confront new global innovation changes, Europeans need to take really radical action to build multiple Innovation Businesses and Social Platform Ecosystems, where a greater number of parties can work on resolving big societal challenges. The EU government can provide the necessary support and investment to enable distributed organizational models to promote interaction and collaboration.
