The innovation manager establishes processes, manages and organizes innovation initiatives, sets targets and KPIs, and identifies the best software and solutions to aid in idea generation and management. An effective innovation manager must inspire employees to think creatively, align the company's innovation goals with its overall business strategy, establish a culture of innovation, be results and process-driven, and be an effective communicator in order to maximize impact and success.
