Striking a balance between structure, creativity and innovation

Creativity and innovation are linked but should be separated in terms of process. While creativity is unstructured, innovation must have a system in place to curate ideas. A system-guided approach ensures that the best ideas are aligned with business objectives, captured, and implemented.
