Five Innovation Workshop Questions

To create a successful innovation challenge, seeding the community with a few ideas beforehand is recommended, as it can help get the creative juices flowing. Suggestions include building on each other’s ideas, using time travel, removing constraints, sparking inspiration with videos or TED talks, and disrupting one's own thinking process. All of these prompts require time and play to uncover the diamonds in the rough, but by the end of the workshop, administrators should have a few gems to add to their crowdsourcing challenge.
