Design Thinking Mindsets for Human-Centered Design
To innovate work and create better products and services for customers, one must apply design thinking mindsets that empower creativity. These mindsets include a focus on human values, the ability to learn from failure, empathy, embracing ambiguity, iteration, and radical collaboration.
