Being an effective leader and innovator requires the ability to work across many disciplines and manage complex processes. As a leader, you must develop and utilize skills such as effective communication, leadership style, and creating a culture of innovation. It's important to embrace failure as part of the innovation process and create a shared language around innovation. Additionally, a great interest in and love for learning is one of the most important qualities of a leader/entrepreneur, as it is necessary to constantly adapt and integrate new information and experiences into the organization. However, some members of the executive team may be resistant to change due to cognitive limitations that reinforce existing viewpoints. To overcome this, it's important to create and deploy learning experiences that allow individuals to have their own experiences and learn organically.
