From Big Picture to Nitty Gritty: How Corporates Can Launch a Startup With 100 Tasks in 100 Days
Martin Bell has created the 100 Task Startup Playbook, a system designed to help big corporations successfully launch new companies in just 20 weeks. The playbook is essentially a to-do list covering three main stages: Setup, Launch, and Scale. The Playbook – which includes Task Types and Functional Areas – helps organizations understand what tasks must be completed, whose court each ball lies in, and the timeline for the startup's development. Bell designed the Playbook in order to achieve execution over ideation with a focus on systematically building company functions that foster innovation from within.
