Are B2B Companies Slower Adaptors of Open Innovation?
While many B2B companies are slow adaptors to change, they have an untapped potential in open innovation. B2C companies have a more open mindset, but both share similar challenges such as developing an innovation strategy, improving communication, and bringing together communities. Crowdsourcing works better for B2C companies, but input needs to come from more than just consumers. Challenge-driven innovation can benefit both types of companies.
